Boulder’s Rayback Collective extended its lease. That’s great news for many of us who love this local gathering spot.
Whether it’s beer, music, food trucks or the event space, the Rayback Collective is a treasure for our community.
Rayback, in it’s current state (not to be confused with the former Rayback Plumbing) opened in the summer of 2016. The extension on their lease runs through the year 2021.
I’ve attended several professional continuing education classes in the ‘event area’.
I’ve utilized the space to stop in and catch some free WiFi to get work done, and have attended several special events including our company’s appreciation party.
The Rayback Collective won a couple of Best of Boulder awards in 2018! “Best Place to Eat Outdoors” and also “Best Place to Go on a First Date”.
It seems that property owners aren’t always thinking about completely maxing out the foot print or height of a property to maximize the net return in Boulder. While this location might be attractive to a developer for a mixed use or condo project, it’s special places like this that make Boulder so attractive.
If you haven’t been over to check out what’s happening at Rayback, it’s certainly about time you did!

I’d seriously enjoy having the opportunity to talk to you about your plans if you’re moving, or if you know someone who is considering a move, and needs some straight answers.
Also, I’m never too busy for your referrals. As a real estate professional intent on giving back to the community, my relationship-based approach is exactly what you’ve been looking for in a helpful RE/MAX Professional.
