When Can You Begin Showing My Home?
Showing your home before it is “Parade-Ready” affects its position in the market. First
impressions count. Buyer’s agents see lots of homes and tend to take new clients to homes that “show well.”
Your home’s first impression on a Real Estate Agent who is showing homes to buyers will influence whether that agent will return to your home with more buyers. If your home is shown before it is “parade-ready,” then it is unlikely the agent will show it again after you have made it ready. You’ll have missed “the parade.”
If you choose to hire me to work as your Boulder Realtor, wherever you live, I recommend that you make sure your home is parade ready before you begin marketing.
