The Superior, Colorado area has been a pretty stable market for the last year. I’ve noticed that inventory levels (the number of homes for sale) have been a bit lower than in some previous years, and that the price of sold homes has actually risen.

Data from my broker metrics resource shows that the median price of sold homes is actually up. Looking at quarterly statistics from second quarter 2007 through second quarter 2010, the median price of sold single-family homes in Superior is up +6.3%. Q2 2007 median was $402,200, and the Q2 2010 median sold price was $427,450.
