How Will I Know What’s Going On?

Regular visits by phone, and e-mail, help familiarize me with your needs and allow me to keep you updated on th marketing activities and negotiations conducted on your behalf while working as your Boulder Realtor and professional real estate advocate.

Many of my clients communicate with me via email throughout the day and I’ll always take your call if I’m not busy with another client. (You wouldn’t want me to take a call when I’m busy with you right?) Once you decide you want me to work for you, I put you in my database and synchronize that with my TREO 755p smart-phone so that I’ll always know it’s you calling. I also have some people that like to use text messaging to communicate. As your Boulder Realtor, I’m working hard to communicate with you the most efficient and convenient ways possible.

If we make important decisions that are not part of an actual signed document, I prefer that we use email so that we have a written record of the decision. When we have to exchange copies of legal documents such as contracts and disclosures, I’ll send them to you as a PDF attached to an email to make it easy to save copies and to preserve quality and read-ability. If you can’t return signed docs as a PDF attached to an email, I can receive faxes directly into my computer at my e-fax number as an alternative.

While working for you as your Boulder Realtor selling your home, regular communication is the best way for us to be sure to get you what you need and to keep us both on the same page moving through the process.

I always welcome your questions, concerns, and input.
