Like one person said the other day, “I saw that you said to just call to talk about Boulder real estate, so I did”! I thought that was great. It was cool that he jumped right in there and made the phone ring. We had a great conversation about Boulder real estate, his thoughts and needs about relocating to Boulder, and what I might be able to help him with as a Boulder Realtor. I really enjoyed listening to his thoughts and needs.
