Table Mesa Neighborhood Boulder Colorado

Boulder had many popular neighborhoods, the problem lately is finding a home for sale, almost at any price, and getting the opportunity to buy that home before it’s gone.

The Table Mesa Neighborhood in Boulder, Colorado has become on of the more sought after areas in town over the last decade or so, right up there with Newlands, and Dakota Ridge.

Much of this attraction is due to the schools that many buyers say they want for their kids…

Mesa or Bear Creek Elementary,

Southern Hills Middle School, or

Fairview High School.

With Viele Lake, Harlow Plats Community Park Playground, the South Boulder Recreation Center, an Inline Skate Hockey rink and tons of trails and park areas, the Table Mesa Neighborhood is difficult to beat.

There are still many great values in the general Table Mesa neighborhood area,

depending on your budget. I’m still noticing many homes being rebuilt, updated,

and improved as the neighborhood continues to trend towards owneroccupied

homes, many of them with children.
