As I´m preparing myself to move to Boulder (Louisville is also a place of my interest) I have few questions about this property. First will be the price. Second, is this house close to any lake or river (I wish not to stay too close to water).
Than I wish to know how far is it to reach a Supermarket, Drugstore and other kind of stores. I also need to know what sort of health assistance, in other words, hospital, doctors (including Veterinarian) you have in Boulder or if someone has an emergency needs to go to Denver. Another question is, what about snakes or spiders or other kind of dangerous animals. In the past I had a terrible experience and that´s the reason of my question. I also wish to know how close is Boulder to the next international airport. How is it in the Winter? Too much snow but at least I can drive around if necessary?
Also Mountain properties are of my interest.
